If you receive your item and change you mind you have 7 days from date of receipt to request a return. You can do this by contacting us on our phone line (028) 8776 7955 or by sending the item to:

We suggest you send your returns via a tracked method of delivery as we must receive item in order to process the return.
Please note any returned items must be unopened and unused in order to qualify for a refund.
Returns are processed within 3 working days of receiving item(s).
You will receive your refund via original payment method (less original shipping cost) within 5-7 days of return being processed.

Damaged in transit
While all our orders are processed and packaged with love and care, on a small number of occasions (for reasons beyond our control) there is a possibility they may become damaged in transit. Should this happen we ask that you please contact us so as we can offer you a full refund for the damaged item(s) or send a replacement. In order to do this we require a photo of the damaged contents in question within 24 hours of receiving the product to our email address [email protected] in order to be eligible for a refund/replacement. Refunds in this case will be issued via original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note the refund may take up to 10 days to reach your account.
